Alex returned to Japan for his 3rd Angel Heart Tour.
This year he launched the BATTLE SKULL SERIES to crowds of loyal fans
in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.

While there he met a very talented pair of ladies who make goth dolls
that wear Alex Streeter's jewelry too!
This completely blew him away, we hope to work with them in some
capacity in the future, when we recover from our shock
at these amazing little creatures.
OCTOBER, 2008
On a recent trip to the home base of New York City, Alex met with
photographer, Jason Armstrong Beck,
to be interviewed for his
project, Immortals of New York, a forthcoming book about cultural
icons of New York City.

Alex unveils a new series of Photo Paintings composed of American
Folk monuments, expansive vistas,
and ornamental angels. His "Great
Awakening" portrait of Tucson sold
recently at a benefit for the Cancer
Center at the University Medical
Center. These are the flagships of his new art series. Each MasterPeace
will be available in editions of 100, signed by the artist.

The lovely Laura Morgan, stylist extraordinaire, dropped by and
borrowed the ever famous Silver Eyepatch
for Madonna and her dancers to don in her 2008 Sticky and Sweet Tour.
"Rosebud...." Alex Streeter begins selling a custom designed line of
jewelry based on details
of William Randloph Hearst's legendary abode, The Hearst Castle, in
San Simeon, California.

With his new workshop in Tucson in full swing, Alex gets back on the
carving board and carves
one of a kind rings and bracelets with insets
of lab made emeralds
and meteorites that hit the earth in
1947 in Russia.
WWF's the Sinister Minister is immortalized in action figures. The
miniatures even sport the same Angel Heart ring
that the world wrestling federations dark clergymen wears.

This painting of Alex dates from the 70's and has come to represent radical feminism. Painted by Alexis Hunter
during a brief visit to New York it is currently on view in Los Angeles at the MOCA and will be exhibited in London
at the Norwich Gallery in October. Alex is more than happy to be an objectified semi nude poster boy for liberated ladies.

Alex visits L.A. Moca to see his paneled portraits and meet the curator. The painting travels to New York’s P.S. 1 later
in the year....
The trip includes the artist as traveling sales man with a slver suitcase and a smile. They visit Harley
shops, Hippie shops, and Hyper shops....
In meetings with the Getty Museum, The Book of X is placed in the photography department’s permanent archives.
Tour of the Hearst Castle and meeting with the gift shop curator...digital recording of detail at the castle.

Come one come all to the first Annual Saturday Night Silverado. Alex Streeter teams up with Native American
Jeweler-James Fendenheim, Bone carver- Terry Williams, Adobe sculptor-Anthony Guzman and local band,
The Renegades. The Silverado will show silverwork and carvings to the musical accompaniment of the Renegades.
